Mr. & Mrs. Shean

It's official! We are now Mr. & Mrs. Shean! We had a wonderful time in Negril, Jamaica with family and friends last week, sharing our wedding day and a much needed warm vacation in the middle of winter. We took lots of pics and a video too, so as soon as we have them organized we will share more. Click the slideshow to maximize the pictures.

The Coming Weeks...

The next few weeks are going to be busy!! Both Andy and I will be on business trips while Inauguration is underway. It is going to be CRAZY here! The streets are already lined with Port-O-Pots! TONS of them!

Then we'll be on our way to Jamaica for our big day!! We can't wait! And look how warm it is there :-)

Sorry it has taken a little over a month to post house pictures! We FINALLY got things situated this past weekend. Enjoy the pictures! We are taking the next month or so "off" from doing anything else, but after the wedding we will start painting and adding the finishing touches! Here are the upstairs pics. I will post the downstairs pics in a separate post.

Ikea - A Love/Hate Relationship

As we unpacked, we realized storage space is at a minimum, so we bought a wardrobe at Ikea this week. We spent all day on New Years and some of the day on Friday putting this massive beast together and it's still not quite finished. Ikea = headache. Wardrobe = Lots more space!

Tis the Season

Tis the season....for Christmas, New Years, my shower & our big day! We've been busy and here are just a few pictures from our recent festivities. Unfortunately, we haven't had a chance take some good house pics b/c we're still settling in, but we promise that we'll post some soon!

We're Home!

It's been a while since we last posted. We're in our new home now and SUPER busy! We promise to post pictures as soon as we get a minute to breathe (perhaps this weekend). In the midst of moving, Andy is still traveling. Last week he was in Toronto, Canada. It's not one of his favorite places, and this trip added to his disklike. You'll have to ask him for the details :-)

Down the Street

Although we are counting down the days to move out of our overpriced closet apartment and into our new home, we spent time Sunday taking advantage of our current location. Right down the street is the Airforce Memorial, Arlington Cemetery and a great view of DC. We hope you enjoy the pics!
